Returns & refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival. In this case, customers should contact us immediately and must be able to provide photo evidence of the damaged product. We will then provide an immediate replacement or refund at no extra charge.
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, we file an investigation with the shipping carrier. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered, and you have NOT received it, please contact us.
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by Bia Self.
Warranty
A 1-year warranty covers our wands. If your wand does not preserve its integrity during this time, we will send you another one free of charge. We have faith that our products will stand the test of time under recommended operating conditions.
