Meet the founder
I’m Rose, the founder of Bia Self.
My path through anxiety, disordered eating, and deep self-doubt taught me something I never expected: that healing doesn’t have to be harsh. It can begin with softness. With presence. With learning to meet your body, not as a problem to solve, but as a place to come home to.
Intentional self-pleasure helped me rebuild that connection slowly, gently, honestly. It changed how I touched myself, how I spoke to myself, and ultimately, how I saw myself.
Bia Self was born from that shift. It’s my way of offering women the tools and practices that supported me, and creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you reconnect with your own truth.
