I'm Rose, the founder of Bia Self. My journey through generalized anxiety disorder, eating disorders, and self-doubt led me to discover the healing potential of self-compassion and intentional self-pleasure. Embracing these practices transformed my relationship with my body and inspired me to help other women on their paths to healing.
